An annual retainer is our core offering. It provides you with a dedicated local resource with a set number of scheduled property check-ins and priority response to storm events or emergencies
Our regular check-ins include thorough inspections and detailed photo reports, so you can stay informed about the condition of your property, no matter where you are. Land access properties as well as island properties on the Big Rideau Lake are included.
Depending upon your retainer package, some handyman services are included. Services include light repairs, hardware, minor fixes (ladder work excluded). We also offer an a-la-carte contractor service. Bigger Job? We have a list of trusted providers and can gather quotes on your behalf.
We will promptly check your property after storms to ensure there’s no damage and everything is secure, providing you peace of mind even during unexpected weather events. If unfortunate damage occurs we provide photos, an assessment, and can also help to connect you with contractors to help get everything fixed.
